Do not purchase flooring from this Lowes. The worst customer service and follow up. I have been waiting for them to finish the job for over a month. Involved corporate and still no resolution.

I love this Lowe's location. Everyone who works here is kind and considerate and asking us if we have been waited on. I just bought a washer / dryer set and had no problems at all and saved a lot of money. I love to come here just to walk around and relax.

This store has two speeds - SLOW and STOP!! Both in the store and on the phone!!



Every time I go to the store to make a purchase it takes an inordinate amount of time to get checked out - especially if a manager is needed. They take their sweet time coming to see the cashier - cashier's have told me on almost every occasion that this is a regular occurrence!



Now just spent 20 minutes on hold waiting to discuss a problem with a delivery that was made today.....



Guess they figure that since they're the only game in town they can do what ever the heck they want..... Wish we had more choices!!! Sure would use them!!!

Waited in the window treatment department for over half an hour for customer service. Even after they were paged, no one showed. Terrible customer service, apathetic attitudes. Will not return.

I agree worst Lowe's ever. It needs to be looked into by someone who cares. Employees don't care and they don't know what they are doing.

I agree worst lowes I have been in. No customer service, no one can give you advice about any of the merchandise. I had the paint mix person ask me how I knew what paint to pick out between flat or semi, she said she has no clue on stuff like that. All employees seem to hid from customers, when I do need help locating a particular item I find them all huddled in an obsecure corner checking out their cell phones. Save your time shop local or order online from someplace else.

This lowes has the best customer service they were prompt in helping me find the plumbing parts I needed.

The Lowes in Ruston has the worst customer service of any chain store I have ever been in. EVERYTIME I have to shop there I have to seek out an employee to help me find what I am looking for. None of the employees in any department express any interest in assisting customers. This is common knowledge in Ruston and I know for a fact that many potential customers avoid going there due to the lack of customer servce. When I was there last there were only two checkout employees and one of them was handling all incoming calls. After I waited several minutes for her to finish a call from a dissatisfied customer, she was spoke very sarcastically about the customer as she checked me out. I suspect there are major issues with the management of the Ruston store, because emplyees consistently display a negative attitude. I do not intend to do business there anymore and would not regret seeing them go out of business
