Whataburger is a family-owned and operated chain of restaurants that specializes in serving burgers. Established in 1950, the chain has more than 650 restaurants in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Its restaurants make burgers with American beef, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions. The chain's restaurants also offer a variety of pancakes, pork sausage, egg sandwiches, cinnamon rolls, biscuits, cookies and chicken strips. Whataburger provides group dining programs and sponsors charity and sports events. It also offers T-shirts, caps, mugs, coasters and vintage postcards. Whataburger has more than 15,000 employees.

Whattaburger

This is a very interesting dining facility. The restaurant has been in business for many years and has a statewide reputation. While it is clearly a burger place, I hestiate to classify it as fast food. The facility has enough volume that it may be a bit of a wait before you place in the order line puts you on the food receiving end of the line. The burgers are larger than most of the typical burgers found at the chains, but I would not rank them any higher in quality. Overall, it is an interesting and differnet experience to eat at WhattaBurger and you should try it yourself sometime and make your own judgements.
