I have been getting burgers, and shakes every couple of weeks since they opened. Trying to eat healthier, I went in to order a Taco Salad with Beef to go. I found a foreign object in the salad, and although corporate was professional and handled my complaint to the best of their abilities, when it came to the local store, the manager who called me was unprofessional, and full of excuses, and basically let me know there was nothing they could do. Now, I am getting prank calls from local numbers, and it may not be related, but it is coincidental. Up until this day I would have given 5 stars all around, but finding trash in my food, and lame excuses have caused me to lose all trust in Steak n' Shake.
