Best service I've ever received, they are friendly and caring with my fur babies. My 4 dogs love going to be pampered.

Terrible .. Non caring attitude of employees and bad quality of work. I do not recommend at all. I will be looking elsewhere.

I have been taking my toy schnauzer here for years. He always comes out cute and looks great. Although he hates being left anywhere, he doesn't seem to be traumatized when I pick him up AND I have never had a tick on him when we left. I can not say that for other pet groomers in the area. The price is very reasonable. They seem to always be busy. I recommend Pampered Pets.

I had been taking my dog there for over a year, and loved it, until one day one of the employees treated me with such disrespect that I will never go back. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I asked her a question, and she went off on me. When I told her that I found the way she spoke to me very disrespectful, she rolled her eyes, said "whatever", and left. Not exactly how I would describe good customer service.
