long wait periods, no call back from nurses, wont give test results from associates because they would be responsiable for your health.. what is that!!!!!!!! I have never heard of such a thing. I thought if your with another doc in a group they could at least give you your results with out worries of having to take care of you as a patient. make you want to go somewhere else

I saw him this morning for antibotics. He was a very rude and hateful attitude with me. I asked for antibotics and he looked at me and said what makes you decide what you need. Am I not a doctor? I said im not disrespecting you at all. Im just saying it helps me. He got very upset and said ok if thats what you want then go get it. Im just a dr. I said if I dont need that you shouldt precribe that.. ohhh no. Go get it. Just want you to know what millard henry clinic allows for their patients

The experience with certain staff following through for the doctors is often nonexistent leading to ineffective care at times for patients

Dr. Escue at the Ob/Gyn clinic has been my doctor for both of my pregnancies and I just adore him. My only compliant is that wait times can sometimes be pretty long depending on how busy they are.

Dr. Kirby has always been a good doctor, but the clinic staff is far from professional. My daughter had a 1:45 appointment with Dr. Kirby. We arrived at 1:30. At 2:00, they call in Dr. Kirby's next appointment, a 2:15 who had just arrived. I asked the receptionist and she said that she would "check into it". She returned a few minutes later with no explanation. By 2:30, another patient (who also arrived after us) was called into Dr. Kirby before us. Still, no explanation. I demanded our money back and scheduled her an appointment with Family Practice tomorrow.

Recently I took my daughter down to Millard Henry in severe pain needing treatment. The chiropractor had already called to try to get muscle relaxers and pain pills due to his x rays showing a severe misalignment of the neck bones from a whiplash carwreck in the past. Not one doctor would see her not even her regular doctor and had no sympathy for her situation. They emphatically said appointment tomorrow at 3:15 or go to the ER for treatment. My daughter works for Wal Mart. Her insurance says she must see a doctor at Millard Henry. It will not pay for ER unless it is a heart attack or life threatening illness. The clinic was not full...some doctors had already gone home for the day. Obama definitely needs to straighten the health system at this system. The last time she went to Millard Henry a doctor she had seen wouldn't see her because she wasn't a patient of his. She had to convince them that she had been to see him before and was a patient there. I feel this is a poorly managed clinic...if someone is suffering and in pain exceptions should be made.

My daughter went home suffering and crying today. What good is a doctor if you can't get into see him when desperately needed?
