*PGT hurricane windows and sliding glass doors were good quality and well installed.

*Pool bath exterior door was a flimsy, non-hurricane rated, hollow vinyl door, and had incorrect glass. Pool bath door is very poor quality and was grossly overpriced-we will have to hire another contractor to come out and replace it all over again with a proper hurricane rated door after paying almost a thousand dollars for this one lousy door. Our two phone calls to the company complaining of this have not been returned.

*Job was not begun until well after the agreed upon final completion date of June 1st

*Several windows were incorrectly ordered with the wrong glass-opaque when it should have been clear and clear when it should have been opaque.

*Communication with regard to delays was non-existent. We had to call them to find out when they were coming when the completion date came and went. We then wasted two or three days when they were scheduled to come waiting for workers who never came and no one bothered to call us and let us know they were not coming.

*If you use this company I suggest you get every little detail of the job, the construction dates, product specifications, any promises of anything "thrown in, or for free," everything spelled out in the contract to the highest degree and be there to check the materials as they come off the truck and the workmanship as it occurs.
