2 men 1 women crew. It's a one man show. They want to get you in and order your merchandise :). From there it goes down hill, the two working in the store don't have a clue and don't want to hear about. Forget trying to get a hold of Rob 5 messages later and no returned calls. Front the office you'll get an attitude if you try to explain the issue, then over talked, to yelling, to telling you off. The day of installation, well you can forget that. Your not even on the books and they will want to re-book. ??? They never showed. Had someone else come next day did a wonderful job. FYI, if you are the owner of the this company you might want to start recording the calls and listening to what is going on. Oh, they also know we are having our whole house plus 3 bath showers & bath tiles, over 3000 Sq ft. You lose :(
