I have always bought from your stores and been very satisfied. Three I moved to an area where there is no store close. I ordered 4 bali bra's from a call in my order no was 410466073 two of them were perfect. The other two were about 2 inches longer than the others. I called and returned them to the address I was given.. I returned them and asked for a refund or an replacement. I mailed them January 6 and were signed for January 8, 2018 I have not received credit or exchange either and have been trying to call every number I can find on computer under Hane's.
