After a month and a half of excuses and bad weather. the crew came back and laid a fresh new coat of asphalt (over the first layer) that fixed two separate issues: My driveway now drains properly and is fairly level with the rest of my yard.

I am happy that this project is finally completed and that I can use the driveway for its intended use.

BEWARE!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!
DO NOT WORK WITH ELITE PAVING!

I paid for a driveway but instead I received A POOL!!! This 15' x 40' driveway was installed in under 3 hours without any consideration (or discussion) of how the water would drain. If you look closely you can see that the driveway is several inches below the ground level (Halfway to china). The Owner, Charles Young assured me that their work is guaranteed and my money back, if we were unsatisfied. Well, after the first rain fall I had called Charles and sent him these photo's to have him come back to rectify the issue. At first, he seemed genuinely apologetic and once again assured me that he would make things right. From this point on he started dodging and delaying the date that he can come back to resolve the issue. After 3 weeks and multiple photo's describing my spoon-shaped driveway he sends ONE person to dig up my back yard, claiming that my grass was too high to allow the water to drain... UGH.

Speaking with his employee (who was way easier to speak with), we decided that the whole team would have to come back to cut and re-lay a small portion of the asphalt in order for the driveway to slope correctly.

After he left, Charles calls me to say that he wants to replace the entire driveway, but now we need to wait another 3 weeks in order for the driveway to "settle". ?!?! I explained to him that exact conversation that myself and his employee had, which involved only slight modifications and that replacing the entire driveway would be unnecessary and too much of a delay in schedule. Charles agrees and tells me he will be back to resolve that following Saturday.

Since that last phone call, Charles and his team have not showed. I have not received any return calls or text messages. He is full blown avoiding all attempts to reach out.

I would much rather be able to refer businesses to people. Leaving a bad review is the last thing I want to do, but this is just unacceptable.

Elite paving did my driveway they removed the old driveway and made us a bigger one they did everything they had promised and more the guys was all respectful and left my property clean as it was when they got there they did such a great job we are having them do a tennis court for us in middle of September thank you Elite Paving for the wonderful job I would highly recommend this company
