Do not make the same mistake I did and call this office for service. I have attempted to use them in other jurisdictions with similar results. After telling them we had no pressure and we did not have Culligan Equipment they gave no indication they could not help with the issue. I called them 4 times and was told I would get a call from the coordinator for my area. With no water coming it was imperative we get a quick response. They said someone would call that day. No call was made. When calling back the second day they said we would hear from the Tech soon. After the 4th call and no follow up on their part we are told that they only service Culligan Water Systems and that I should have called a well pump company and not them.
Slow response, poor service, fumbling business practice.
