BY STATE LAW THIS OVER CHARGE SHOULD OF BEEN SENT TO THE PENNA UNCLAIMED FUNDS AS A ESCROW... ( NOT FOLLOWING THE LAW) CALLED AGAIN TODAY. GOT "RAY" WHO PROMISED TO ALL ME BACK BECAUSE HE CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY.... NOPE...JUST LIKE "JESSICA". WILL BEGIN BLOGGING YS TO DEATH WITH NEGATIVES...YOU WOULD OF JUST KEPT OUR FUNDS AS A CREDIT ON ACCOUNT FOREVER IF IT WASNT FOR BLUE CROSS .. I WILL BE FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THEM AS WELL WELL AS PENNA UNCLAIMED FUNDS DEPT..... GUESS WE WILL SEE WHO GETS THE FUNDS AT THE END.....
