Not the same store it used to be a few years ago!! It doesn't even deserve 1 star... The staff are very rude and when I went to complain to the manager I learned where they get their attitude. He slammed the door to the office in my face saying he was busy and couldn't talk to me!!! If I was the manager there I would want to know if my customers had problems in my store. Also the store is a mess! While trying to walk around unloaded stock piles in the store, I tripped over a pile of misc stuff in the middle of the isle. There items on the bottom shelf that weren't put on hangers and employees just standing around doing nothing. There was also a line at the register and until the person in front of me said something they didn't ask the young blonde girl (who was just staring into space) to open it to help out. I won't be returning to this PetCo and I used to love coming in this store... Disappointed.

Went to the limerick/royersford petco today to get my dog groomed and the staff went above and beyond for my 10 month old Rottie, she was clean and happy and well taken care of when I got got there kelsie and the girls were great. I would take my dog back every time. So happy with this team!!
