I explained how I just had my car washed (by them) last week and there was still mud on right side. Staff said ok as I pulled through and paid for a second wash thinking they would tend to that particular side of car. Well they did not and my car is still not clean even though I paid twice for same service. Very disappointed since I have used this at wash plenty in the past. I did not pay a total of $28 for two washes only to end up scrubbing it myself!
