Provided by SuperpagesI was just there and ordered a chocolate coned dipped in chocolate. After a few licks I thought this tastes odd, almost fizzy. I took it back inside and was told that sometimes that happens after they clean the machines and they aren't rinsed well. They gave me my money back, but as I was leaving they were still serving the choc. soft serve to the unsuspecting person behind me. She said they clean the machines at least once per week which seems to me to not be up to industry standards. I am done with this dairy queen.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is one of the worst Dairy Queens I have ever been to. The service is slow and they are not customer friendly. Every order I have ever gotten there has been either wrong or poorly made.
