Agree with others -- don't even want to give one star! Initial service great but frames came in wrong color and have been trying for 2 1/2 months to get corrected, rare occasion phone actually answered during business hours, left multiple messages over weeks without any return phone calls, said correct frames ordered, left more messages over few more weeks for status, finally got through to find out not sure when coming in and suggested to come in and pick out something else -- WHY, for more problems? Save yourself a large headache and go elsewhere!

Where do I start about how horrible this place is. Never open. Never call back. Selection is horrible.

Horrible!! They don't help you select, they don't call you when they are ready, they have one lady helping everyone, outgoing people on hold for up to five minutes. They don't return calls, they don't check the fit once you pick up the glasses. I got a pair for two of my kids....would NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

One of the worst experiences of life. Owner didn't mention the price of the lens at first and later on charged ~200 USD for a low quality lens. I looked up the price online and found it for ~70 dollars. If you are planning to make a deal here, make sure you get the prices sorted out in the beginning.
