I stop at this Pizza Hut 2-3 nights a week plus to pick up a double order of cheesy breadsticks with NO seasoning . The staff has always been great . Tonight I ordered the breadsticks and a pizza , a new voice took the order. Well tonight on the way home which is not around the corner my daughter opened the sticks, they were loaded with seasoning . I called and asked that they the entire order be remade so it would all be hot , The new voice who identified himself as the manager said he would only remake the cheesy bread sticks . So as promised I am letting all know as well as Pizza Hut Corporate the manager who was on duty tonight Wednesday, October 12th at 8:30 pm would rather have me eat cold pizza with the new hot cheesy breadstick and post this than remake my entire order and keep a good customer happy .

Sharing my feedback with the restaurant wasn't an option. Every time I call I get put on hold despite saying "NO" (called 8 times)repeatably as soon as they pick up. I ordered my pizza at 7:11 and got it at 8:27 I live less than 3 miles from the location. My pizza was cold, like been sitting out for an hour cold. I just moved to the area, I don't have a pan for the oven needless to say I shouldn't have to re-heat just delivered pizza and I don't have a microwave. I'm beyond pissed off. Never again will I order. Bottom line I was treated terrible and sold a crap product. Refund me my money! (The delivery driver can keep his $ it isn't/wasn't the drivers fault the in-store people suck anchovies!) I knew I should have went to the amazing place next door, I was just tired and didn't feel like driving. $14 (and what ever change)
