Booked my service with them for a week out. 10 am came and they didn't show. Called at 1030 and they had changed their call in service. Left a message, tried contacting them via their website which their new phone system stated but there is no information to contact them except the phone number then try contacting them via facebook. It's now 1244 and they still have yet to even return my phone calls. Do not do business with this company. They wanted my money upfront to secure the appt over the phone then never showed. They are scam artists. Very unethical.

I would recommend this company to anyone they are friendly. They arrived on time to my aunts home. They have a office in south carolina and my family uses them there as well. They always pay attention to details. If I asked the girl to do extra tasks she is willing to help.

Never written a review before but wanted to make sure people are aware. Very unproffesional, do not answer the phone or messages and didnt even show up. I emailed the company for a free quote and received one promptly for $135 for 2 girls for up to 4 hours. I emailed back to make an appointment. After calling 3x to try and make the appointment I received a call late the next day. I made an appointment for Friday at 1. On Friday at 11 I called a few times and when I got through I asked if it would be possible to push the appointment back or move it to Saturday because I wanted to take an appointment to get my dog to the doctor. I waited half an hour for them to call back so I could see if I should take the vet appointment. I didn't receive a call back, and made other arrangements for my dog. After and hour and 3 calls later I finally got a call back, she told me she cancelled my appointment without having called me, moved the appointment or even checked to see if there was any availability on Saturday. After a lot of back and forth and her blaming me for the problem she offered to send 1 girl. I explained that 1 girl could not get as much done as 2 and denied the offer. Needless to say we hung up on bad terms. A girl called back not 5 minutes later and said that she and another girl could come out on Saturday at 1. I unwisely accepted the offer. On Saturday 10 minutes before the appointment I received a text saying they were running a few minutes behind and would be here momentarily. I have called multiple times and no one has called or shown up and it is 3 o clock.
