The inflatables where better than the rest, the price was a little more reasonable, the "under" staff was friendly, the kids had a blast! but....the service was slow when we had our time in the cake room. I had to be asked again everything I wanted such as decorations, the extra room, etc., when I already told them everything I wanted two days prior. I ordered pizza -bread along with the pizza two days before that wasn't ordered the day of the party. I had 19 kids and about the same number adults. Their was one young man serving the kids and handling everything in the room. There should have been two servers. I had to keep asking for plates and forks. The staff lacked the direction and authority with a party on a time limit. There wasn't enough counter space for the adults to serve themselves food and drinks while the server was handing out pizza to the kids. The kids had no time to open gifts. I couldn't eat because I had to do so much work. Time not managed well by staff.
