Provided by YPmobileThe guy charged me $85 to come out and fix my tv. He came out and told me that he needs to order a part that will cost $100 so $185 total. He said the part will take a few days to come in. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing from him. I had to stop in his store and he didn't even remember coming to my house. Then he tells me that they no longer have the part and he will return only $100. So my tv wasn't fixed and he took my $85. Scam artist if you ask me
Did not do anything wrong . You don't expect anybody to make free house calls ,Did not know at the time that part is not available . All that customer paid is $85 which is a house call fee rest was refunded .
