Above and beyond expectations. Paul was extremely friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and fixed the issue in no time. Highly recommend.

The company identified the problem with my dishwasher as having a faulty component.

The part needed to be ordered. Due to the relative ease of replacing it, I decided to manage it myself. The technician wrote down the part# on the work order for me to order. It was discovered after installing the replacement part that it was a incorrect part#. Despite having evidence of their error, Berkley Appliance refused to take any action at their cost to remedy the situation. Will not be using them in the future

I called today to schedule an appointment for a quick service call on my clothes washer. Apparently the person I spoke with couldn't believe I had the audacity to request an appointment after 4:30. He was extremely rude to me. In fact, I haven't ever been spoken to the way he spoke to me. They must be so busy that customer service doesn't matter.



I called Royal Oak Appliance Repair and they were more than pleasant.
