I called about a repair to my washing machine. They were at my house in less than two hours. The repairman was friendly and very informative. The prices for repairs are great! Not too expensive. The last Maytag repair shop I used was so expensive. I highly recommend this place for appliance repairs.

I have been using A-Dependable for 4 years now. So much more easier than using the big stores. Support local owned small business. They come out, they are courteous, clean and professional. Always fast.

I have been doing business with these folks since 1994. They have been great! They help with do it yourselfers repairing their own appliances or they do great service in the home. I do not know what the 2 fools that wrote bad reviews are talking about. Some people you just cannot please. I would highly recommend this business.

This business does not treat customers the way a customer should be treated! They advised my mother that the oven was non-repairable and were only at the house for approximately 15 mins and charged $65. I (son) looked into it and repaired the oven issue within minutes! All that had to be done was a bending of the thin rear metal sheet to realign the gas knob that goes into an opening to ignite the oven. When I called to ask for some type of refund for my mother..... The owner was very rude and said THERE WILL BE NO REFUND! As well as additional rude comments as he was the owner and has been in business for 18 years. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this so called appliance repair business! A-NON DEPENDABLE SERVICE!

If you're looking for a flexible, solutions provider when it comes to appliance repair...then DO NOT call this company. Once I committed to the job the repairman and the owner were complete jerks. They showed no flexability with my schedule, could care less about my needs and were not even willing to discuss anything that didn't work with their schedule. They showed absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. I can't express how frustrating is is to be a paying customer and have to deal with idiots like this. If anyone could open up a trades service business with solid customer service skills then you could be a multi-millionaire!!
