I've visited this clinic 4 times for myself. All but one experience I felt valued and was listened to. Despite having 1 not so good experience I will continue to be seen at this clinic so long as it is not by Baires.

Front desk is not helpful at all. I went to the dr's Friday and the dr never called in the prescription so I called Saturday because that provide told me they would be there all day and if I needed something or was in too much pain I could see her and she would get me in for a ultrasound. So I call and the receptionist acts like whatever I said I leave town at 2 can you please get this to them. She said an on call dr is in and that they would get to it when they can. Lady I was seen yesterday and it was to be called in and never did. I then asked if that provide was in, she told me I can't tell you for the safety of the provider? Are you serious? I'm not looking to hurt anyone I just want my antibiotic called in. I the.asked if I could come there to find out if she was in and she said yeah if you need to be actually seen for something. I said my prescription??? Seriously! I feel like no one even tries to help you out. It's something simple to where they could have got off there butt and just talked to the provider. A nurse could have called it in. It's already in my chart. I've worked at dr offic sand know how it works in general. After that today I will no longer go there.

We love Jeff Ryan he is great! He goes out of his way to make sure our kids are taken care of , he really seem to care. The only complaint we have is awhile back we never received a bill and all the sudden we were in collections we asked why they said they had the wrong address but every time we check in you tell your address so it didn't make sense.

Friendly receptionist helped me understand my bill. Fast service. Great doctor. Very positive experience.

It was very nice clean and amazing!! Service was great and very fast (: it was a very pleasant experience I hate hospitals and it wasn't like that at all homey feeling!
