Roy les schwab has very ignorant assistant manager. not going to mention names.. I brought in a price quote from one of their competitors and asked if he would match it. he threw the paper back at me and said he will not do anything for me and then proceded to tell me that he will see me when his competitor goes out of business!!! while he was telling me this he had a very unprofesional grin on his face! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER LES SCHWAB AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE EITHER!!

I will NEVER EVER go back to the Roy Les Schwab for anything. What a bunch of freakin crooks. Long story short....Nov 09 I go into their store for an alignment on my 99 dodge truck. They tell me I need a new steering gear, new ball joints and a new track bar on my truck before they will align the truck. They quote me over $800.00 for the job and say they can get me right in. I refused the work, and went to my local Autozone to research the parts. I discovered the Roy Les Schwab was double charging me for parts and then adding labor on top of that. I contacted Les Schwab and asked them why they were charging me double for the parts, they simply stated that was what they charged. I asked if I could purchase the parts and bring them in, and they refused stating they will not install outside parts on the truck. I took my truck to a local reputable repair shop for a second opinion, and found my steering gear was fine, and that it did not need to be replaced at all. They replaced my ball
