BEST EVER!!! Jim was prompt, courteous, honest and reasonably priced. Moreover, he was thorough and committedd to a quality job. Our carpet was so soiled and spotted with puppy stain that I didn't believe it could be cleaned. Well, Jim did it so well that the stains are gone. He was honest about not being able to remove all the odor. Surprisingly, he did get most of it. First, he applied a good amount of stain remover and allowed it to soak into the carpet. Then he used a machine he uses combines steam, cleaning solution, scrubbing and tremendous suction to remove more dirt from a carpet than any I have ever seen before. Even so, he did three or more passes over the carpet throughout the house. Wow! Thanks, Jim.

J & T's Professional Carpet did a great job cleaning our carpets. They got all the pet spots our and all the odor too! The price we paid was far less than anyone else we got a quote from. There were no surprise charges either. They did a great job at a great price. We recommend them to anyone looking for a great value and service.
