Unethical business practices! Using my warranty claim, Edge added $450 worth of repairs to my hot water heater replacement that my warranty company refused to pay. I had to accept because the warranty would not cover the repair otherwise. I’m not upset about paying a little extra, but the prices Edge charged was robbery (i.e. $75.00 for an earthquake strap; retails for $18 and takes 2 mins. to install). I researched the costs of parts they used and deducted it from what they charged. There was a disparity of $307! That’s more than 2.5 hours of labor & they were only here for an hour! My warranty must have paid them for AT LEAST that much time. The technician offered me a $50 discount. This is a nice gesture, but it’s essentially offering to give me back money you’re trying to steal from me. He also said I “got a good deal” because of the warranty. You know who got a good deal with my warranty claim? Edge Plumbing. Only a dishonest laborer would demand 3.5 hour’s pay for a 1 hour job.

Made appointment at 10:00 that is when they showed up. It took a little over a hour to change my water heater. They took extra care of my rugs and flooring. They answer all my question. I will have them back for all my plumbing needs. Thank you

I have mixed feelings about this company. The first job they did for me was done well, on time, an at a very reasonable price. But, that hasn't been my experience for the second job I called to have done. I called to have them move a pipe in my yard and they said they would be over on Monday bewteen 9am-noon. My husband took off work to be there to meet them but they didn't show up. When I called them at noon they said that they were busy on a job but would call me back soon. Three hours later after no call, I called them back again and he said, "I was just about to call you." He said that he had lost my address and were now busy with other customers but would come the following Thursday between 10am and noon. My husband again took off work on Thursday because we needed the work done. On Thursday morning (today) they called me at 8am to tell me that couldn't do the actual work today, all they can do is give me a bid. The soonest that they can actually do the work is on Monday. I feel like I am just being pushed around. It has now been a week from the date they told me that the work would be done, and they still haven't even come to my house. I am, therefore, calling a different plumber

Very professional and military discount friendly they replaced my water pressure regulator in a timely fashion and mention if I had any problems with the replacement they would come back and troubleshoot at no cost. They are my new source of plumbing needs…

Edge came out at the time they said they would. I was informed about all charges before work was done. The work was done well and quickly. I will definitely call them again.

My drain backed up 1 day and I chose these guys because of the 5 star feedback left by another customer. They were at my house within a hour and a half after calling them. They went above and beyond to fix the problem I had (he can probably still show you the pictures they took) and did it at a VERY reasonable price. I highly recommend EDGE Plumbing!!!

These guys are awesome! They were able to fix my plumbing problems at an afordable price! And they were on time!
