From design, through construction, to completion—I couldn’t be happier. I renovated my entire condo last fall. Morteza, Inc’s architect listened to my needs/wants and created a space that I love to live in. His style and feel for space is amazing. He made several suggestions and was not put off when I made changes to the design. We picked cabinets out, granite, tile, etc – he’s a patient shopper with great ideas!



The carpenter and his crew were such professionals. They kept their workspace tidy and were considerate of not throwing my whole space into total chaos. Their work was solid without cutting corners. They used high quality materials and the company guarantees their work with a one year warranty.



The general contractor was always in contact with me. He returned phone calls promptly and kept me abreast of any issues that came up (old brownstone-there were some!) He also made sure I knew what the upcoming week’s work would entail and the timing as it related to the entire job.



I highly recommend Morteza, Inc. They stayed true to the design, budget, and timing of the job.
