Under New Management:

Informed employee about taping down my rear wiper and just ignored me. So-called Manager (Franklin or Frankie Perez is very unprofessional actually used curse words towards me, because I asked for additional taping of the rear wiper....it always comes loose and slams against the rear glass or breaks off. Frankie Perez then curses at me again to say that they only are allowed to use one strip of tape. Really? This guy will ruin your business. I usually go there once a week. Never again. Don't do it...No customer service skills.

I have about $1500.00 in damages and there has been no response from them. They wrote up a service ticket and said I would be hearing from them about getting my car fixed. That has been 3 weeks and nothing.

Today is my fist time to go to this car wash. I like to go there. Because the machine will help you to get rid of bugs and free vacuum at this car wash place.

Damages your vehicle and refuses to take responsibility! Employee, Frankie, was very confrontational and unprofessional. We are not the only ones who's vehicle has been damaged. 2 month old car with severe damage. Refuses to give owners information to us or police. Have to resort to suing. If you value your vehicle...stay away
