I "had" been going here once a month for the past 11 months. The last couple of times I went took forever......I was there almost 3 hours just for a pedicure.....Now if the actual pedicure lasted that long it would have been fine. It was the wait. And NOW, just going yesterday and taking my husband for a mani and a pedi I was charged "twice".....I go today and question why and was told "oh, it happen to customer all time"......that is not what I wanted to hear. Then I am told that I will have to wait 4-7 business days to have my money put back into my account. This is wrong on so many levels.....And we will NOT be going back there. You don't double charge people and then make them wait. I have worked using credit card machines before and you can easily credit it back to the card....and what about the people that don't check their accounts......????.....very disappointed......

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Oscar Nails! I have been going here for about 2 years and have to admit, I have a slight addiction to Mable's pedi's. I got a facial here for the first time last week and it was very relaxing! No other nail salons compare, not even ones I've been to in Uptown! Where else can you get a complimentary wine, or Patron margarita and the best pedicure of your life??? Pure Heaven!!!

Best pedicure ever....Most salons I've gone to in Uptown and Plano don't even compare! I spend $32 here and get a 1 hour pedicure, hot stone leg massage, and a great pedicure! Love this place and everyone who works there!
