DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE! THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WORK! The elderly lady that runs the business has NO Customer Service report! NONE! I'm absolutely shocked! This is NOT my first rodeo. I've had other dry cleaners hose up my clothes & they have ALWAYS repaired or replaced them w/o exception! & ive dry cleaned $1000's worth of clothing in the past 23 years!! (when I first began needing clothing dry cleaned. I'm 42yrs)

Story:

Dry cleaned a white long sleeve $100+ ROAR shirt in April. Hung in closet with another ROAR shirt for the hot summer months (it's long sleeve!)

NEVER touched it. Kept tags on & in the plastic wrapper. NEVER touched it!!! Opened the plastic to find it is either burned or discolored.

The elderly lady told me dry cleaning would fix it. $3.50 dry cleaning will fix it!

I said "ok". She wanted to charge me for it! For HER MISTAKE!

She said: it is my responsibility to check the clothing before I leave the building. My responsibility to PHYSICALLY UNWRAP EVERY ARTICLE OF CLOTHING B4 I LEAVE THE BUILDING!

She also stated that had it been 1 wk, she would have fixed it but it's been 6 months.

I tried to explain the tags were still on the clothing & it was VERY evident it had not been worn & time should have NOTHING to do with her correcting her mistake!

She refused! I asked her if losing a customer was worth $3.50 dry cleaning & she said she DID NOT CARE!

In other words, her customers (YOU) are technically worth less than $3.50 to her!

I let her know that other customers would read my reviews & I would spread the word over $3.50!!! She said she did not care!

Judging by the poor building & lack of business, other people must have had similar experiences! I chose it because the location is very convenient. NEVER AGAIN! & if my other dry cleaners in Rockwall can not correct my shirt, I'm very tempted to file against her! I'm simply livid over this nonsense!

GARLAND POLICE DEPT does a lot of business with her (I see them there frequently) but I presume they have had little problems because the shirts are blue & frankly they're work shirts! But doesn't honor & integrity mean anything? Personally, I refuse to associate with dishonorable people.

ALL OF THIS BECAUSE HER CUSTOMERS R OBVIOUSLY NOT WORTH $3.50!

$3.50 FIX FOLKS!!!!!
