Provided by YP.comThey have increased the monthly rent several times this year. Their billing system is messed up and send me bills even though I pay automatically by credit card. I am moving out as soon as possible.

I have been the on-site manager since June 2007 and have not had any problems with automatic credit card payments. We do not send out statements. We have only had rent increases twice. The correct name of this facility is Long Horn Self Storage, perhaps there has been a misunderstanding.
