I ate there two weeks ago and had the Cathay Combo and it was really good.
Tonight I ordered the Empress Chicken and it was terrible. Menu stated crispy & spicy. It was soggy and very bland. So it's 50/50.

The lunch specials at this family-run restaurant are a great value. They include soup (which are all just right), eggroll and rice. This is the only place serving brown rice as an option which is great for those on low-carb. Service is very efficient and consistently good. It's a favorite with our whole office.
