highly recommended from a non-burger lover..what is that? i'd rather have almost anything chicken or (cooked)fish..that being said i do occasionally succumb to the temptation of redmeat(usually at friends behest) so i'll try something..different.this place is special(small)intimate,and you can see your food(burger) being prepared(cooked)..try the onion rings/fries combo-the best of both worlds for people (my girlfriend) who can't choose 1 or tother..nice atmosphere,not difficult to find(unless you look up googlemaps)..very unassuming but (well) worth the trip..especially if you snag a bogo coupon(like i did) from one of the local adspammers in your mailbox.o..and a plus-try the floats!! yes i said floats-remember those?

Fantastic food, fantastic people, fantastic atmosphere! What more could you ask for?? Big Star is a family favorite of ours, so much that family coming in from out of town say "We have to go to that burger place!!" Give it Big Star a shot you will not be disappointed. They have good burgers, sandwhiches, salads, fries, onion strings and shakes! They even have a frequent diner program, but 10 entrees get your 11th free!
