I was moving out of state and rented a van through this Hertz location. A lot of curve balls were being thrown at me during this process due to multiple factors as I was trying to make it all happen within a certain time frame. One of the few aspects of relief I got along this process was the assistance I got from Golda and Juan who made renting the car as quick as possible. This all while being very professional as they were constantly busy due to the amount of people who were coming in. I had to come back in that day due me not understanding a quirk to my vehicle and Golda was understanding through these complication. Juan helped me figure out what was wrong and worked with me afterward to ensure I would not be late for my vehicle drop off time outside of state. Definitely referring people who need a rental vehicle in the area.
