The sweet ladies in the store saved my a 40 mile round trip drive by knowing their business well. I went in for dog ears for my washing machine and told them my symptoms - they recommended a lid switch as well. Washer is working perfectly. Thanks Ladies!!!

I have used Tri-City twice in the past two years and they are extremely friendly and helpful. Peggy was able to get my dryer element 4 days quicker than it was suppose to come in to the shop. They even let me bring in the faulty part and tested it to make sure it was the issue.

I have bought a lot of parts for my appliances from these folks. Every time it's either been in stock and ready or was a day to have it shipped in. My wife has also purchased parts for our dryer while I was out of town and they treated her no differently than they treated me. This is the first place I go for appliance parts. Friendly and helpful always, I've never had to look elsewhere.

Found the part I needed called them up explained where the part went, they asked for my model number, had it in stock. The part was waiting on me when I got there! Fast and friendly! Could not ask for more...

4 trips and $430.00...ovens still don't work. Not willing to help further, and I'm not willing to pay out anymore $ to them.

Unlike the big box stores, when you purchase your appliances from TriCity and need service few years down the road, you get immediate service. They are incredibly helpful and don't do the bait-and-switch thing that some of the companies that don't charge a service call do. You know what you are getting into up front and honestly. They don't have a 300% markup on parts either.
