DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE NOT STERILIZING ANY OF THEIR TOOLS. They do not sterilize tools, they do not clean out the tubs that your feet go in. The tech rinsed off her stainless clippers and tools. She then took a sterilization bag and placed the rinsed tools into the bag. She then walked right over to where I was & dumped those same tools out on the little table to use on me. I questioned her and they assured me they have a sterilizer. I said, "OK, that's fine, but she did not sterilize those tools. I watched her rinse them and put them in the sterilization bag." The woman got up and started pulling packages from the sterilizer. She sat back down and whispered "I'm sorry." to me. I just had her paint. Not clip. I watched 2 of the techs pckge their used tools, place them into the sterilizer and grab another pckge out of the sterilizer. Never turned it on. THIS IS HOW YOU GET HEPATITIS!!!
