Provided by YPmobileReceived the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. The girl walked away several times for several minutes, watched TV the whole time and took a phone call during my pedicure. When she realized she couldn't paint my nails and hold the phone, she put it on speaker. When I later complained to management I was told she had been fired that day and I was her last customer. I was not offered a refund or a future service only an apology. I won't return.

Provided by YP.comwell, I went to go get my nails done.
While she was working on my nails, the nail file slipped and cut my finger.
It hurt. I didn't say anything cause It always happens, there's always a small cut on one or two of my fingers and I have always thought that was normal. It happens.
I pay, leave, get in my car and my finger is hurting. I take a look at the cut, and I noticed this wasn't no small cut, it was noticeably deep. I went back. Told her that this wasn't acceptable. A small cut is understood but this is not. She argued saying that it was normal and that "accidents" happen but this was just a careless mistake. Not an accident, the tech even said that it was a new file and that it was sharp, so if she knew that, then why wasn't she more careful? You would think she would take precautions knowing it was sharp to begin with. So this had no excuse.
I told her that she should either give me a discount or a refund, because I paid $50 just to have my finger cut extremely bad and that is not something I'm ok with. Long story short, she gave me store credit! This was after she said that another customer had the SAME THING happen to her and she was given a discount off the price but she couldn't do that for me, she gave me a gift card for probably 5 bucks for all I know, (she didn't mention amount) but I can't believe that she had the audacity to do that like I'm gonna be going back to them! Never! Their customer service is crap. I don't suggest anyone go here. There are much better, cheaper places here in round rock. This place and its "luxury" environment is not worth it. They better pray to their god this cut doesn't get infected because as deep and long as it is I wouldn't be surprised if did and if it does, they are hearing from me, AND WON'T HEAR THE END OF IT.

Provided by SuperpagesHORRIBLE PLACE!!!!! The manager is rude and not helpful at all. Save your money, and go somewhere else. My nails were done in a rush and done very very sloppy. When I brought it to the managers attention that I was not happy, she just gave me attitude and said "I already did your nails twice!!" And stormed away. Since when did treating your customers like they are a problem rather than business become okay. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE. If this site would allow it, i would give this place negative stars.
