1431-183 A/C & HEATING does great quality work. I have been using Mike for about three years now and he has done a lot better work then the previous companies I have used. He is very easy to set things up with and is very knowledgable with the products out there and what is best for your application. His prices are very competitive and were lower than any of the other companies I have used. If you want a straight forward guy you can trust and talk to and get any of your questions answered, Mike is the guy you need to call.

I was really impressed with this company. When our A.C went out we called around to the big companies and were quoted big prices. When talking with Mike He was Friendly and informative . His quoted price was outstanding and he had no hidden fees. On the day the new unit was installed he arrived 15 minutes before his scheduled time and Worked quickly and efficiently. Mike is now officially my A.C guru and I will be recommending him to everybody I know!

When the condenser went out at my rent house, I called 1431 A/C for a second opinion. The company that first diagnosed the problem told me that it would be a few days until they could fit me into their schedule! Mike at 1431 A/C confirmed that I needed a new condenser and was able to install it the next day. My tenant is happy and cool again! The next time I need A/C service, I'm calling 1431 A/C first!

We have worked with Mike for almost 13 years. We haven't needed him often because he does great work, but when we do he is always so quick to respond, fair on his prices and doesn't just fix the problem. He tries to plan ahead and make sure you won't need him for a long time. On top of that he is just a really nice guy to do business with.

I had previously had another A/C company come to check our air conditioner. Was told needed a new one and the cost was approximately 10k and it couldn't be repaired. I saw the 1431-183 A/C ad and called Mike to come check for a second opinion. He was able to do repairs in less than half hour!! I inquired about replacement of The a/c and his quote for the same size unit was half of what I was originally quoted! In my opinion, he is a very honest repairman and his prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends.

Calling Mike st 1431-183 A/C was the right decision .

After having many troubles from other A/C repair companies in the last few years that my so called home warrantee company sent out , I finally said enough!.

I found Mike thru a local add and was glad he was a local business close by. He promptly returned my call for service and said he would be right out to discuss options. True to his word he showed up on time and looked over my old unit and gave me a few options to repair the old out- dated unit or install a new one.

I was pleasantly surprised after he quoted me a great deal on a new system( my old unit was r22 type and too expensive to maintain due to refrigerant costs) I know I got a great deal because my sister paid more to get just a leak fixed in her 3 year old system than it cost to get a complete new system installed in my house. That's a new evap box in attack and new condensing unit outside.

So don't waste time with the other guys, call mike and get er done!

When my a/c went out I called Mike and he was over that afternoon. He found the problem quickly, then temporarily fixed the a/c to work overnight until he could get the part I needed. He was back the next morning and now my a/c works great. He was fast, efficient, easy to get along with, and his price was VERY REASONABLE. If you don't call Mike then you need to have your head examined as well as your a/c.

Mike from 1431 came over today and helped troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix TWO units in one hour. My upstairs is now cool again !!To say he is good at his job is an understatement. He is honest, straightforward, VERY REASONABLE and bent over backwards to help us. His quote on the replacement of our second unit was better than anybody else that has looked , by far, and he explained every item so I knew he wasn't cutting corners. I will never use another AC guy other than Mike and 1431 while I'm here in Texas.

Mike has been our go-to man for AC repair work since we moved into our house 8 years ago. Unfortunately, in the stint of 8 years we have had annual AC issues nearly every year. Mike has been there every time, fixing the problem promptly and efficiently, as well as replacing the unit when the time came. Just recently we had another issue, of course on a very hot day, and desperate to get someone out to fix the issue, I called someone else (had already tried Mike). The other service provider came out, filled the unit with freeon, changed the filters and left. I should have been patient, as Mike called right after. The issue was moot at that point (or so I thought), so we went into the evening with the idea that we were all set. Unfortunately, that wasn't so. The temperature quickly increased that next day as the sun rose, and we were back to square one, less the $230 it cost to have the work done the day prior. We called Mike immediately. This was a Friday, so unfortunately all he could do was diagnose the issue and plan to come first thing Monday; all of his partnering vendors were already closed by then. Mike came out first thing Monday, replaced the coil (that had immediately leaked all the freeon that was put in it the week prior), and never charged us a dime. To be fair, we were still under a 10 year parts and labor warranty, but Mike could have charged us for the freeon he had to use; it's not a cheap supply, and because we had wasted time and money the week prior, Mike filled the unit for free in good faith effort. If you are not dealing with Mike, I recommend doing so!

Great service! got here the same day I called and had us fixed up in no time! And didn't try to scam us for big bucks. Much appreciated.

Great A/C repairman! Very knowledgeable and wants to make sure you know what he is doing and why. I will be sure to use him in the future for all my repairs and services and gladly recommend him to friends and family. Very happy to find a local business man that I can trust.

One of the best businessmen I've encountered. Superior service, and thorough explanations of services performed. There are some shady folks in this business, but Jerry (and his helper) completely put them to shame! They restored my faith in good business! Honest, trustworthy, genuine, and a truly good guy. Could not recommend him more highly!

Mike showed up promptly and it was obvious that he knew his stuff. He presented us with options and gave us a temporary fix to keep us cool for now. We are very pleased and highly recommend Mike.

Homeshield sent over an AC tech who told me my system was shot, and I needed a replacement. I called Mike for a second opinion. I need some parts replaced and was soon enjoying my AC again. My saved me several hundreds of Dollars. Thanks Mike.

100 degree weather AC goes out at 9pm one phone call and we have air by 10pm it was the best service I've ever received and will not trust my AC services to anyone again but Michael!
