At first they were very polite. I believe it is a husband and wife team. I called them one time to ask what the late fee is. I knew I was late, I wanted to send the correct payment. The man was so rude and short with me. He got upset and said it is on the papers you signed. Well. I have this storage space because I am homeless. I am not sure what I did with the papers after sleeping in my car and other places. My car is stuffed with belongings. I was doing the right thing and I was treated like crap.

WRAP EVERYTHING UP that you don't want to get ruined. I had my daughter's American Girl doll get covered in mold and there is no return. My mattresses are ruined because of mold. The door is hard to open and there is no seal on it. The seal is all torn apart and dry rotted.

The gate was broken a couple of times. For more than a week. I called them and he said we know, we have a new box on order. I am paying for secure storage that is wide open to anyone.

AAA Safety Storage is highly recommended when it comes to storage. My husband James and I rented a storage unit here for more than 5 years and couldn't have been happier. The only reason we left is because we bought a new house with more space. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. The facility is clean, secure, and conveniently located.

Too bad the customer below had a bad experience with AAA Safety Storage because my experience is exactly the opposite. I have to say the staff are very friendly, courteous, and attentive. I have been a customer for more than 4 years. I just had to leave because I purchased a new home with more space. If you are looking for a secure storage facility with the lowest price and top-notch customer service, look no further than AAA Safety Storage.

Let me start by saying that I was understanding of the policy that I would not be able to speak about the account on behalf of my sister. BUT the gentleman on the phone was absolutely rude! And when I asked what I did to cause him to have such a negative tone his response was " blame it on my mother, she made me this way". Being in customer service myself this is highly unacceptable, owner or not. The gentleman on the phone never apologized for his rudeness and actually hung up on me! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!
