Provided by YP.comI have spent the last 25 minutes trying to get ahold of the "automotive department" of this store and have been on hold!!! The first time I called I was bounced back and forth for 15 minutes only to get disconnected without notice. The second time they were more efficient at disconnecting me in 8 minutes. Now I am on hold again going on 7 minutes.
They pick up the main number but you are in limbo once that is answered and you are transferred. Occassionally the operator will pick up again and ask who you are holding for and put you back into limbo..
ANNOYING and wasting my time.
Calling back if I am disconnected this time to talk to a manager as this isn't a one time thing!!!
