The owner is extremely rude and the customer assistants have no idea what they are doing. A girl at the counter took back an engagement ring I wanted to sell (marriage fell through) to supposedly weigh it to see what its value was. Since there were multiple diamonds in the ring and she came back so quickly, there was no way she could have removed the diamonds, weighed the gold and calculated its worth (which I had already done). After she most certainly just asked the owner/manager what he thought, she came back and offered me twenty dollars! -For an engagement ring. I would not go in that store again.
