So I get my car fixed at Desert Sun collision center, I drop it off at the overnight location on Sunday. I get a call late Monday asking if they were suppose to be doing something with my car. After I explained they said they understood and the collision team would be there to pick it up for repair smh. 1. Why are they not on top of things to know what is to be done with overnight vehicles and why hadn’t my car been started on that morning as they originally told me? Moving on, they have it for 3 days.....they did a good job with the bumper but missed a portion. 2. How do you not fix everything that resulted from the collision. THEN, next day I look in my back seat to put groceries in it and this is what I see!!!! 3. Why are there foot prints to say the least and how rude of you not to clean up after yourself. The professionalism here is distasteful to say the least.

The work was awful. The trunk they painted wall all messed up and will not close properly. They must have smoked while working on the car because the interior smells like an ashtray.

Called ahead to find when the body shop would be open. I was informed it was open from 9-4 on Saturdays. When I arrived to the 2601 address I was told the body shop was closed but the girl was sure someone in the service department could give me a body estimate. I knew it was two different components but she insisted I follow her anyways so she could hear for herself, I guess. The guys in the service department confirmed they could not do a body estimate but at least they were more informative than anyone else had been since calling that morning.



I give them 2 stars because its not their fault I had a bad first experience dealing with customer service at Desert Sun Motors who knows so little about the Collision Center, but because I can't find any information about he collision center on the Desert Sun website that they are connected to.

Terrible service, never kept me upto date with my car. Whenever I called to see how the car was coming along they always had this attitude. They would say i'd get my car this day then when I called they moved it to another day and that went on for about three weeks. It also took an extremely long time to recieve my vehicle, I could have gotten it done at another body shop it would have been cheaper and took less time.
