On February 27th I took my car in for an estimate then on March 1st I dropped off my $200 deposit for them to get the parts ordered and to schedule my appointment for March 8th. When I dropped off the deposit they couldn't find the file. Then when I called on March 7th to make sure they had the part in before I dropped it off on March 8th, they did not nor did they bother to call me to let me know that we need to reschedule. I rescheduled for and dropped it off on March 22nd. They did a good job except for not telling us that one of the parts was on back order yet they charged us for it. They were supposed to call us when the part came in. Here it is April 8th and we have not heard a thing. We were full pay cash customers since they charge 3% if you use a credit or debit card. In total we paid over $900 for the repairs.
