Asked United BMW to install a suspension upgrade kit on a new 2011 BMW.



United BMW only installed half of the parts. The parts they did install were installed incorrectly. They rounded-off a few bolts. A four wheel alignment performed as part of the installation was massively hosed up.



United BMW said that they sold me a different suspension that did only contain half of the parts, but cost the same amount of money.



The service invoice cited the BMW part number of a product United BMW advertised prominently featuring the missing parts.



United BMW asked for another $1,500 to complete the suspension upgrade with all the required parts.



United BMW insisted the four wheel alignment was done correctly even though toe-out was massively out of spec on all four wheels, and there was a .5 degree difference in camber between the two rear wheels.



United BMW billed me ten hours labor to hose up my suspension. A local tire store did the same work and only billed me four hours labor, 2.5 times less.

I am very impressed with the service I receive on my 2001 330. The greeters approach you as you enter the garage, all sales reps are honest, and the receptionists always smile. They explain what needs to be fixed on your car and do not suggest unnecessary fixes. I will keep going back to them and no one else.
