2 MAJOR ISSUES
I checked out on the 2nd of the Month and EBONY charged me for the full month! Despite the fact that I was in the weekend before and was told that rent would be prorated upon check out.

Secondly, my unit was roach infested within 3 months of moving in. (Not only roaches, but roach eggs on everything.)

The items I had in my units was simply boxes of seasonal clothes, furniture, holiday decorations, and a bunch of pictures.

When I went to retrieve some Christmas items, the boxes had eggs and roaches so abundant that I had to trash them. While using the onsite dumpster, Public Storage charges me an extra $100 fee for using their bin.
