Horrible experience. Staff sullen and not helpful, finally bought a new club in spite of their lack of assistance. Left it at the store to be re-shafted and was told to come back a few days later to pick it up and have it balanced. Returned to the store to find that the ordered (and paid for) work was not done. Asked to speak with the store manager and after waiting 10-15 minutes at the register for him to show up, we finally gave up and left.



Will never spend another dollar with any of the PGA TOUR Superstores and wouldn't be surprised to see them out of business within a year.
