I had just started really liking this place, particularly for their sweet n' sour chicken. The lady at the front desk has always been super nice as well.



However, tonight, I ordered take-out, and my husband picked it up. When he arrived, I discovered they had rung up beef with mushrooms instead of beef with broccoli. This wasn't a huge issue, but my husband still called to let them know.



Upon calling, the woman at the desk (and I think the owner or manager) told him I had indeed ordered beef with mushrooms, and she remembered every word of the call. When he tried to say something else, she said thank you and hung up.



The crazy part is that during the call she repeated my order back to me. Yet, if I remember beef with broccoli, and she remembers something different, how can you argue the point? The fact is: you shouldn't have to do so. You are the customer, and this owner/manager insisted that she was right with no apology.



Just based on the lack of respect for a customer, I will not be ordering from them again.



Sad. It is a fairly decent Chinese place, and there aren't many to choose from in this area.

My husband had to send his entree back twice for getting the wrong order. The spring rolls were doughy and overcooked. I ordered shrimp fried rice-the shrimp were very under cooked. The manager refused to adjust our bill and actually argueed with us. Stay away.
