they screwed up our closing 5 yrs ago and it took ayr to find docs that should have been filed in order to do our refi. they found them in a "closed file". of course they won't take blame but they did offer to do our closing at no cost. so to me thats admitting wrong.. i wouldn't use them again and if you look for revciews on them you would be surprised to see what others have to say. they even locked some people in the room i guess while the agent went to lunch??? no telling
