Where should I start? This place has become my real life nightmare. After being fitted for a crown, it didn't fit. Wait another 2 weeks, they call me 20 minutes before my appointment to let me know the new one has not arrived. Thanks a lot. Babysitter was in my driveway.

It only gets worse....

After placing my permanent crown, I developed a severe infection beneath my tooth and had to have an emergency root canal (through another dentist, obviously). Since then, I have been to another dentist, an endodonist, my primary care doctor and an ENT doctor to treat my severe infection.

This place seriously scares me and the lack of customer service and quality of care is the worst I've seen.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Dental One Roswell since 2008. I have always hated dentists, but when I started going to Dental One, I was impressed, they only provided services I needed and never tried to push anything extra. The staff, hygienist and doctor were all great, and I felt comfortable. Unfortunately, that all has changed over my last few visits. Over the last year to year and a half things have gone way downhill, i went for a cleaning in 2012 and was told I didn't need to see the actual dentist (but they sure as heck charged me the same amount), "extra" services were started being pushed, they gave me a substance that my file said I should not be given (VERY concerning) without telling me (and then had the nerve to bill me for it even after I contacted them that they had done this), and finally they didn't check their records resulting in my insurance not covering a service and me getting an extremely high bill. It used to be about the patient's well being, now it seems like anything to turn a profit even if it's at the expense of harming their patients. I will not be returning, and have advised the several people I referred to this office of my experience (although at least one had been having problems over the last year as well), and told them to be cautious.
