I would give them a ZERO if I could. HORRIBLE! The worst experience of my life. First the car was filthy and they knew 3 hours ahead of time we were coming. Second were given an out the door price that was good for 24 hours so we could come back and see the car cleaned up. Once we arrived the next day had to wait almost 2 hours before car was ready then given a buyers order with the agreed upon price. Only to receive a call 30 mins later from our salemans Allen saying deal was no good. David the manger wouldn't even take our calls to find out why, Kalief the supposed GM hung up on me nurmous times when I asked to speak to the owner. I wouldn't buy a car from them if they were the last place in Georgia, I don't care if they called back saying the would honor the deal they made on paper and shook hands for. They are the worst dealership I've ever dealt with and I've bought 6 cars. AWFUL

I went to see a 2013 Audi A7..the sales person that helped me was Larry Jamison. We test drove the 2013 but I spotted a 2012 Audi A7 that I liked instead. I was already pre approved so there wasn't much for us to do but negotiate the price. After all of that was done , I communicated with Larry each day about the process as far as going to my bank, getting the funds from my bank, he even took the time to send all info I needed including bill of sales and title. Although my work schedule fluctuates I communicated clearly what times I was available or not. The day comes where I have everything I need to sign papers, hand over the check and get the keys. Larry called me about 1pm to ask what time to expect me. I stated that I would come after work. While on the way to this dealership, he calls me and tells me he has "bad news" ... The car had just been sold even though he knew I was coming. He stated that, "these were not his vehicles to control if they get sold or not. In addition, he text me about four hours later to.. Apologize and to see if I still wanted the 2013 -_-





Um sir no thank you... And then I went on on yelp and realized this is a car lot with at least 90% bad reviews. Thank goodness I missed this disaster..



Soooooo you lose! I wouldn't recommend this dealership to ANYBODY!! Bad for business!! Find somewhere else to purchase!!

I visited this used dealership, test drove a few vehicles and had settled on a - Mercedes - GL450. During negotiations, I requested that they throw in floor mats. The sales-rep (who was helpful) asked the manager, who took one look at me and said no. I could not believe it, not sure if it had to do with his culture (middle eastern) or my being a woman. I politely ended negotiations and took my money elsewhere (RBM of ATLANTA). I will NEVER spend my money at ANY business who disrespects me, NOR should you.

We bought a used Q5 from Mark at Atlanta Luxury Motors to sell to a friend who wanted a black Audi Q5. Mark said the car had no issues and that it was a non smoker. The car arrives and there are multiple cigarette burns in the interior and the entire sunroof shade had been ripped out. The hood had acid rain and major pollution damage all over the hood. After discovering the thousands of dollars worth of damage I called Mark. No answer. I called the store and asked for the owner. They said there is no owner. Hmmmm. I asked for the GM and some guy who was probably the same salesman said "hello?" I told him what had happened and that I want to speak to him about discrepancies in the description of the vehicle and its actual condition. He said "too bad" and I told him that we would sue him and he said "screw you." It's shady used car dealers like this that give all car dealers a bad name. I would urge anyone considering doing business with these shysters to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! They are crooks. Plain and simple. DO NOT BUY HERE!

I dont know if I was just extremely unfortunate, though I had to deal with 5 different individuals from Kash Navi, Paul Sing, Cade Ekes though none of them could deliver. If you want to rack up a decent phone bill, buy a car from them and try following up with them for a month to find out where it is ever day. They will ask you to check out their BBB rating, indeed.. I wish I really did, if i had have done as they said, I would have been $30k better off and less a pending lawsuit to fight with them.
