Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with with insurance of any kind. With any company of any kind. Underwriting notified his office that we would be required to do almost $20,000 in repairs to our home on March 22nd. We closed on our house March 31st. Max's office waited to tell us about these required repairs on May 19. Giving us 3 weeks to do just under $20,000 worth of repairs! 3 weeks?! Two full-time working parents to a toddler and an infant. In this process, his assistant refused to answer our questions about why we weren't notified until May 19th. When I asked to speak to someone who could answer our questions, she refused to pass me along to anyone. She insisted that Max was the only other person she could pass me to. I called the main number you get when you Google Allstate to get answers. I asked her if that was the number I needed to call- and she hung up on me. How a national company let's such unprofessional people represent them, I will never understand.
